At Errly Aquatics, we are committed to providing the healthiest livestock, top-quality plants, and reliable aquarium products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policies below:
1. Live Animals (Shrimp, Snails, etc.)
Extra Animals Included:
To account for natural loss during shipping, we include extra shrimp and snails in every pack.
Free Shrimp Promotion Disclaimer
Free bonus shrimp are offered on standard mixed or unsexed shrimp purchases only. Orders requesting specifically female shrimp are excluded from the “1 free shrimp for every 5 purchased” promotion due to the increased value and limited availability of females.
Damaged or Dead Animals On Arrival:
If your shipment arrives with a significant number of deceased animals, take clear photos or videos before opening the bags and submit a claim within 1 hour of delivery.
Damaged or Dead Animals After Acclimation:
Errly Aquatics takes great care to ship healthy livestock. Once shrimp have been properly delivered and acclimated into a buyer’s aquarium, we are no longer responsible for losses caused by tank conditions, water chemistry, or husbandry practices.
If shrimp perish after acclimation and placement into the aquarium, the buyer must provide the following in order for us to consider assistance:

Confirmation of how long the aquarium has been running (tank age)
If all required information is provided and within acceptable parameters for the species purchased, Errly Aquatics will work with the buyer on a coupon toward a future order at our discretion.
Important Notes:

If any of the required documentation cannot be provided, no refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for shrimp that perish after being introduced to the aquarium.

Refunds or credits apply only to shrimp that arrive dead on arrival (DOA) and are reported according to our DOA policy.

Each case is reviewed individually, and providing documentation does not guarantee compensation.

All payments processed through our website incur non-refundable third-party payment processing fees (Shopify, card processors, PayPal, etc.).
If a refund is issued for any reason, these processing fees are not refunded, as they are retained by the payment processor and are not returned to Errly Aquatics.
Your refund amount will be the order total minus the original processing fees.
By placing an order with Errly Aquatics, the buyer agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for ensuring proper tank conditions before introducing live animals.
Refunds/Exchanges:
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are generally available only if expedited shipping was selected at checkout. In some cases, ground shipping arriving in less than 2 days may qualify under special circumstances. Claims submitted outside the 1-hour window are not eligible.
Shipping Concerns:
Errly Aquatics is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Selecting expedited shipping helps minimize risk for live animals.
If an order has already shipped and a refund is approved:

The cost of shipping is non-refundable

Only the value of the livestock/items in the order will be eligible for refund
Shipping is a service that has already been completed once the package is in transit and cannot be recovered.
Partial Order Policy
Unfortunately, mistakes can occasionally occur. We do not offer refunds for orders that are partially fulfilled. In the event that you receive a partial order, we will promptly send replacements for any missing items on the next available shipping date after the issue has been confirmed and a resolution has been arranged.
2. Plants
Refunds/Exchanges:
If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Healthy Plants:
Once plants are accepted as healthy upon delivery, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
3. Non-Live Products (Supplies, Food, Equipment)
Returns:
Non-live products may not be returned in most cases.
Process:
Contact us to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Products may only be considered to return only if unopened and in original condition.
Refunds:
Refunds if applicable will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Cancellations
- Live Animals: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Non-Live Products: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
