At Errly Aquatics, we take great care in packing and shipping your aquatic pets, plants, and supplies to ensure they arrive healthy and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Schedule
- Orders Placed Monday: Orders placed on Monday will be processed the same day and shipped the following day in most cases.
- Orders Placed Tuesday–Sunday: Orders placed from Tuesday through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Business Days: Orders are processed only on business days. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next scheduled shipping day.
- Holiday Update: Errly Aquatics will not be shipping live orders from December 11th–January 1st. All orders placed during this time will be safely shipped once operations resume.
2. Shipping Methods
- Live Animals (Shrimp, Snails, etc.): We strongly recommend expedited shipping to minimize transit time and stress for live animals.
- Ground Shipping: Available for non-live products. Some ground shipments may arrive in under 2 days; these may qualify for special considerations for live animals under certain circumstances.
3. Live Animal Packaging
- All live shipments from Errly Aquatics directly are carefully packed with insulated containers and temperature-appropriate materials.
- Extra shrimp or snails are included in every pack to account for natural losses during transit.
- We reserve the right to fulfill orders using shrimp sourced from trusted, home-bred partner breeders when necessary. All shrimp will meet our quality standards and expectations. Packaging may vary from orders shipped directly by Errly Aquatics. We do not sell or distribute imported shrimp.
4. Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
- Errly Aquatics is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please monitor tracking for estimated delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Some locations may have restrictions on shipping live animals. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be safely delivered due to regional restrictions.
6. Refunds and Claims
- Live Animals: Refunds, replacements, or store credit are generally only available if expedited shipping was selected at checkout. Claims must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos or videos before opening the bags.
- Plants: Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with photos.
- Non-Live Products: Standard return and refund policies apply (see Refund & Return Policy).
7. International Shipping
Currently, Errly Aquatics only ships within the United States. International orders are not accepted.
